System originally designed to feed and transport 25 TPH of dry wood, ½” minus particle size, with a material bulk density of 11 to 15 lbs./ft³. Sized with 8 5/8” OD X ¼” wall pipe, having a horizontal pipe length of 200’, a vertical pipe rise of 25’ with two (2) 90 degree elbows and two (2) 15 degree elbows. System calculated to operate at 3.72 PSI with an air volume of 2,695 ACFM.

Based on transporting 25 TPH of dry wood, the Material Collection Screw Conveyor would operate at 30% loading and is capable of handling surges up to 50 TPH.

One (1) 24" Diameter X 23' long Screw Conveyor including the following:

3/16" mild steel "U" trough with flanges.
3/8" mild steel trough ends.
12 gauge mild steel covers.
Two (2) inlet spouts.
Two (2) discharge spouts. One (1) flanged to match feed screw inlet and the other for overflow.
24" diameter X 24" pitch X 1/4" right hand screw flights mounted on 10" schedule 40 pipe. (No hanger bearings).
Dodge 3 7/16" diameter 4-bolt flange bearings.
Dodge TXT-525 shaft mount reducer.
7 1/2 HP, 1,800 RPM 230/460 Volt 3 phase 60 Hz Toshiba motor with mount.
V-belt drive assembly with belt guard. (Screw RPM 50).
